T2D3 Operating System — Messaging Terms & Conditions

These Messaging Terms govern the T2D3 Operating System onboarding & education text-message (SMS) program operated by T2D3 LLC ("T2D3," "we," "us"). By opting in you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
When you opt in, T2D3 sends recurring text messages that help you set up and learn the T2D3 Operating System — onboarding steps, setup tips, feature guidance, and progress reminders. This is a customer-care / informational program, not a third-party marketing program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in inside the T2D3 Operating System web application: you enter your mobile number and check a consent box during account onboarding, or in Account → Communication preferences. Consent is recorded with a timestamp. Providing your number and opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies — typically a small number of messages during your first weeks of onboarding, and occasionally thereafter.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your wireless carrier. T2D3 does not charge for the messages themselves.
5. Opting out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you opt out, we send one confirmation message and then stop sending. You can re-subscribe at any time by replying START or re-opting-in within the app.
6. Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message, email support@t2d3.club, or visit app.t2d3.pro.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
We handle the information you provide under this program in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) as a processor, solely to deliver these messages.
9. Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time; the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
